# Tokenomics

### $VALU TOKEN

The VALU Token The VALU token is a fundamental component of the Value DEX ecosystem. It serves various purposes within the network:

* Governance: VALU token holders have the ability to participate in the governance of the Value DEX protocol. 
* Pool Fees and Staking Rewards: The VALU token is utilized for collecting pool fees and distributing staking rewards. 

The maximum supply of VALU is limited to 100 billion tokens, with the majority being assigned to the community and projects developing on Value DEX as outlined below:

**Community Allocation**: The majority of VALU tokens (37%) have been allocated to the community as outlined below.

**Ecosystem Reserve** - 18% A substantial portion of the VALU token supply is allocated to the Ecosystem Reserve. \
\
**This includes the following:**

**Ecosystem Initiatives:** VALU tokens will be distributed through grants and incentives to individuals and groups contributing meaningfully to the Value DEX ecosystem. Some of these tokens have already been allocated to projects and will be granted upon reaching specific milestones.

**VALU Airdrops and Incentives:** A portion of the VALU token supply is allocated to airdrops, incentivized testnet rewards, and ongoing programs designed to distribute tokens to users and the community. These initiatives aim to reward active and pioneering users in the crypto space.

These VALU Airdrops and Incentives are designed to recognize and support the real, active, and pioneering users in the crypto space.

**Team & Advisors** - **15%**, A portion of VALU tokens are allocated to ongoing operations of the Value DEX\
\
**Launchpool** - **10%**\
\
Please be aware that VALU tokens are not distributed via airdrops outside the VALUE DEX domain. There is no "ICO" or "community sale" of VALU.\ <br>
